I guess if your employer is using something different where you draw inject w the same needle you kinda have to use what you gotIf it has bad outcomes w pts keep your DON informed and do your best to get others on board to try to get it changed. Do not touch or bend the needle. I was thinking of drawing from one then either keeping the same needle or changing it to draw from the second vial and finally changing the needle again for injection.
