The Paint Tool SAI is best for beginners to start learning animation and its compatible with Wacom Tablet. I use several packages including Photoshop should be a given and Clip Studio Paint used to be Manga Studio-never could figure out why they changed the name. Wacom pen tablets are easy to set up easy to use.
