The draw for the third round of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers AFC region took place on July 1 2021 at Kuala Lumpur. The draw for the final tournament will take place in April 2010 in Doha Qatar. Based on the above a total of 22 Member Associations ranked 14 to 35 have qualified to the AFC Asian Cup China 2023 Qualifiers Final Round while four Member Associations ranked 36 to 39 will participate in the AFC Asian Cup China 2023 Qualifiers Playoff matches.
